To create small scale inner city living environments in Perth which:

• Generate interest and inspire real change.

We know we aim high, but believe this is the only way to make a real impact on the way Perth’s suburbs are sprawling into an unsustainable future. The way suburbs are being designed today not only makes the people living in them highly dependent on cars, but also causes health issues for them and is detrimental to the community feel that many people are looking for.

In addition, we believe there is a high environmental impact by using non-recyclable materials in the building industry and the operation of non passive-solar houses greatly contributes to green house gasses.
