‘The Siding’

The Siding is our second development at Rutland Avenue in Lathlain (Town of Victoria Park). This development truly is a continuation of the vision for sustainability and community we had for Genesis. It provides an opportunity for others to own or rent a smart, comfortable, and healthy home, live with like minded people and be part of the swing toward a thriving sustainable community. Your home treads lightly on the earth and is built to withstand the test of time.

Workmanship is to the highest of industry standards.

It provides comfort and is healthy; cool in summer and warm in winter and good indoor air quality.

Energy from the sun provides electricity and heats your water. Together with energy and water saving measures, it provides a real opportunity for low-cost living.
