We were blown away by the results at the 2016 HIA WA GreenSmart Awards. In addition to recent awards at the MBA WA Excellence in Construction Awards night (see previous blog post), we are super proud to say that The Siding also, is a multi-award winning project.
The HIA WA Greensmart Awards awarded us winner in the following categories:
- Energy Efficiency
- Residential Development
- Water Efficiency
For the HIA, we now go through to the National Awards. These will be announced online Tuesday 6 September. Keep an eye on the HIA website for announcements…
A few weeks early, at their awards night, the MBA WA already awarded The Siding winner in the following categories:
- excellence in energy efficiency: under $5 million
- excellence in waste management: under $5 million

HIA GreenSmart Awards recognise the diligent efforts of environmentally-aware residential builders, designers and manufacturers. The Awards recognise those who build or design environmentally-friendly homes, provide solutions to make homes more efficient or create new products for the building industry.
